Do you offer multiple sizes?

Our wine cellars are available in two sizes: a compact format and a large format.

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your contact information. Furthermore, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has left our warehouse, no changes can be made.

Some items are missing from my order, where are they?

We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 separate packages, and they will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However, if you order 3 of the same product, they will all be sent to you in a single package.

How do I apply my promotional code?

Once you have done this, confirm your selection by clicking on "Checkout." The payment page will open, and you can take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount. Example: There is a promotion available on the website: "Buy product A, get product B free" with the code "PROMO." I select product A and product B from a predefined selection of items. Both items are in my shopping cart, and I can click on the "Checkout" button and enter my code "PROMO" in the next step.

Is your website secure?

This site is 100% secure. In fact, you could even say it's 300% secure. Here's why: First, the site you're visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock to the left of this page's URL is there to remind you). On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or attacked by malware. Finally, for payment, we use Stripe, the industry standard for secure online transactions. In short, you can place your order with complete peace of mind.

What payment methods are available?

You can currently pay by credit card and PayPal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
